4th Dubai International Food Safety Conference

Dr.Aisha Abushelaibi
Dr. Aisha Abushelaibi is Professor of Food safety at UAE University and also Assistant Dean for Students Affairs.
Dr Farag is Professor of Biological Sciences (Nutrition and Biochemistry) at Food Irradiation Research Department and Vic Dean of Industrial Irradiation Division for Scientific Affairs, NCRRT.
Dr Joanne Zaida Taylor is a HACCP Psychologist at the International Centre for HACCP Innovation, University of Salford. She has a BSc. in Psychology, a HACCP PgCert.
Mr. Costa is a professor at the Walt Disney World Center for Hospitality and the Culinary Arts at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida and is the founder and owner of the consulting firm Environ Health Associates, Inc.
Dr. Snyder received his undergraduate degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Denver, his M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts in Food Science and Technology.
Professor Eunice Taylor is a food safety management specialist with over 40 years of experience in food safety education, training, consultancy and research.
