Dr. Delazari is a Masters in Food Technology and holds a PhD in Microbiology from University of São Paulo. She has served Institute of Food Technology in the department of Food Microbiology as Technical Staff, Scientific Researcher and Head of the Department of Food Microbiology.
She worked in Sadia as Quality Assurance and Food Safety General Manager and now as a food safety consultant.
She played a major role in the development of research projects on the incidence of pathogenic microorganisms in foods &food environments and on microbial quality of foods and factors affecting food safety.
To her credit is 40 Scientific publications on Food Safety published in Scientific Journals in Brazil, Italy and United States and 2 Chapters in Technical Books on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and Food Safety.
