Russell worked for 20 years in the UK initially as a Chemist and then as a Food Scientist for 20 years, the latter half being focused mainly on HACCP and Quality Management. In 2000 he joined Kraft Foods as a Product Safety Auditor, progressing to International Auditing Manager, running a team overseeing the assessment of internal and external Food Safety Systems across the global Kraft business. In 2007 he was appointed the Regional Quality Manager for Kraft MEA, and is also currently coordinating the roll out of ISO 9001 and FSSC across the 80 plants in EU and CEEMA.
