The 5th Dubai International Food Safety Conference will be held from the 21st to the 24th of February, 2010 along side Gulfood Exhibition.
The Dubai International Food Safety Conference is organized by the Food Control
Department of Dubai Municipality with the support of the Ministry of Environment and
Water in the UAE, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, U.A.E University and the
International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). It is the premier discussion forum in
the Middle East for all food industry professionals involved in food safety. Each year the
conference attracts a loyal following together with a growing number of delegates involved in
the development, implementation and maintenance of food safety programs. More than 900
people attended last year’s conference and we expect more than 1000 participants in 2010.
The conference is expected to attract food safety professionals from different fields including:
