21st to 24th February, 2010
The 5th Dubai International Food Safety Conference will be held from the 21st to the 24th of February, 2010 at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This annual conference is organized by the Food Control Department of Dubai Municipality and is supported by the Ministry of Environment and Water in UAE, International Association for Food Protection, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority and UAE University. Workshops, symposia, technical sessions, training classes and poster presentations during the conference will feature more than 100 presenters. More than thousand delegates are expected to attend the conference in 2010.
Conference participants have the opportunity to get in depth information about food safety and we strive hard to bring the latest information every year. The growing number of delegates each year clearly indicates the interest the conference has been able to generate and we are sure that the programs will help all those involved in the development, implementation and maintenance of food safety programs.
