Arab Beverages Association

The Arab Beverages Association (ABA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008. Its concept is facilitating net working among the Arab beverage sectors including the Arab worlds’ beverages (non- alcoholic) producers and related industries (packaging, machinery, equipment, ingredients, laboratories, information technology providers and other services). Segments of non-alcoholic beverages include juices, nectars, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, dairy products, energy drinks, healthy drinks, low calorie drinks, non-Alcoholic malt beverages, hot beverages and bottled water.

The Association aims to develop and improve the level of the beverage industry in the Arab world and through the coordination and ongoing work with the unions, chambers of commerce and industrial bodies, the Arab and international organizations.

The ABA promotes the exchange of information by hosting annual conferences. Through these conferences new products and technologies are discussed as well as the market status in the globe. Other role of the ABA includes protecting the interest of the Arab beverage sectors by consulting the monitoring authorities and promoting the image of the Arab beverage industry in the view of the rapidly evolving world economic changes. Also creating worldwide alliances to honorable development is a task.

Also the ABA is always looking to the constructive cooperation between the private and public sectors to solve the problems and constraints of the beverage industry in the Arab world for its benefit and its growth.
