The Dubai International Food Safety Conference and Exhibition (DIFSC) is one of the world's largest and most influential food safety events. Organized annually by the Food Safety Department of Dubai Municipality, our core mission is to advance food safety practices, ensure global knowledge exchange, and foster international collaboration to significantly reduce the burden of foodborne illnesses worldwide.

For more than 18 years, DIFSC has successfully established itself as the leading global platform for exchanging experiences, knowledge, and groundbreaking innovations, all essential for improving food safety standards. We consistently attract a diverse, international audience of over 3,500 delegates, representing the food industry, universities, research organizations, laboratories, training providers, technology service providers, and regulatory agencies. This event offers a unique and vital platform for knowledge exchange and the development of innovative solutions for safe and sustainable food systems.

We organize the conference in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Food Program (WFP), International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), International Federation of Environmental Health (IFEH), International Commission on Microbiological Specifications for Foods (ICMSF), Global Food Regulatory Society (GFoRSS), and International Association for Supply Chain Safety (ENFIT).
