Registration Rules

• If you register as a Full-Time Student, Academic Staff, or Regulatory Official but provide an invalid ID (expired, fake, old, or missing both front and back copies), your registration will be canceled.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• The late registration rate will apply starting October 15th.
• The deadline for online registration is October 18th at 4:00 PM. Onsite registration will be available on October 21st, with registration counters located in front of Sheikh Rashid Hall at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Payment

• If you pay by card, you will receive an email confirming your payment. This email serves as your only proof of payment; no invoice or receipt will be provided.
• If you choose to pay via cash at Al Ansari Exchange, your payment voucher will be valid for 5 days. If it expires, you will need to register again.

Three days before the event, you will receive an email with a QR code that can be scanned onsite to obtain your badge for conference access.
